All Classy Girls (ACG) is also pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping so our collections can be enjoyed worldwide. Each order is prepared with care through our curated network of fulfillment partners.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), and select international destinations. Availability may vary depending on logistics conditions and customs regulations.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that location at this time. Please visit our shipping destination page to see if we ship to your country.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we partner with multiple fulfillment locations. As a result, some items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on product availability and destination.
You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

🌍 Core International Shipping
Standard Shipping: Varies by location (starting at $12.95)
Free International Shipping: Orders $125+
Estimated Delivery Time: 10–14 business days, depending on destination.

🌍 Extended International Shipping
For certain international destinations outside of our core shipping regions, free shipping promotions may NOT apply.
Orders shipping to these locations will be charged a standard international shipping rate at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10–20 business days after processing.
Delivery times of products within our extended international destinations typically fall within 14 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
We appreciate your understanding as international shipping costs and logistics vary by region.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take several days to reflect movement. To track your order, visit our tracking page here.
If tracking shows “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes apartment numbers, building codes, and correct postal codes.
ACG is not responsible for:
- Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages refused or unclaimed
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Orders returned due to non-collection within the carrier’s holding period
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the parcel, reshipping fees will apply.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any handling charges incurred.
In compliance with international regulations, we do not mark orders as gifts or undervalue merchandise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ACG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
In certain cases, official documentation from the carrier may be required before a resolution can be reviewed.
