Eligibility & Potential Fees
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, your return package must be mailed within 7 days of receiving our return instructions. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging with all tags attached. Any items that have been washed or altered will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are typically non-refundable (The original shipping and handling fee refers to the actual cost we incur to ship your order to you, which differs from the shipping fee you paid at checkout). Unless there is a quality issue or an error with your order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, ACG is not responsible for any customs duties on returned packages.
Please note: Orders that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely. |
Please allow All Classy Girls (ACG) 5-7 business days from the day we receive your return to process it. We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been completed.
How to start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@allclassygirls.com with a brief explanation of your reason for returning the item. We’ll respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions if your request is approved. Please note that returns sent without a prior “return” request will not be accepted. How to ship the item(s) back?
To expedite your return, please pack the unworn items with original tags and packaging (SKU label visible), and include a note with your order number and return reason. You may choose the most cost-effective shipping method available, but be sure it includes a tracking number. Once received, processing will take 5-7 business days, and ACG will confirm via email. Please return the package within 7 days of receiving the return address. After shipping, kindly provide us with the tracking number, and we’ll keep you updated once the package arrives at our facilities. Where is my refund?
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@allclassygirls.com.
What is not accepted for return?
- Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates and jewelry
- Items with broken hygiene seals.
- Final Sale items.
- Made-to-order, custom-made, custom-printed, or engraved items.
- Gift cards

Order Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. |
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Please note that the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
We recommend you to initiate a return for any unwanted items once you receive your package within 7 business days. Please refer to our returns policy.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
